There are always two sides to a coin

The local scene is still abuzz with talk about the City Harvest $50 million embezzlement case.

While many tongues are wagging about the perpetuators, particularly, Kong Hee, in a negative light, there are also his loyal supporters like Daphne below.

Daphne explains her side of the story in this article -- http://www.motherinc.org/seriously-somewhat-serious/city-harvest-my-church/.  Why is she and the other 'hardcore' supporters so strong in their belief in their pastor?  In her words, "I've been in City Harvest Church for the past 15 years and this church, the Pastors, the friends and family, they’ve changed my life."

I guess only those who are in their shoes will really understand.

For me, I have gone through many lessons and slowly learning to curb my habit of jumping to conclusion too quickly about a person or an event.

There are often multiple facets to any issue, and without the knowledge of the whole picture, I had many times came to the wrong conclusion about an issue by only judging from my limited point of view.   Only much later when I was informed of the facts that I was ignorant of earlier, then I realised I had formed my impression of someone, or made a decision, too fast without understanding the complete situation.

Anyway, let's wait and see how this develops...
