This evening, I tried to install Eclipse (Juno) and Android SDK on my Macbook Air using the instructions from here. But I ran into problems when I had to install the Android SDK. I was supposed to start a Terminal window and run the "android" command in the terminal window, but I kept getting the "command not found" error.
Managed to trace from this link that that I had to include the "PATH" variable in the .bashprofile. But I could not find the .bashprofile in my home directory!
So after some merry-go-round searching, I finally found out from this link that by default, the .bashprofile and I had to create it myself.
So the next thing was to find out how to create the .bashprofile and this link and this link were quite useful!
Still halfway throught the installation process only. Will continue with this tomorrow!
